UK Express: This service ensures you will receive any order placed before PM the next working day.
Please Note: There is no Saturday delivery with this service. This means that an order placed after 1PM on a Thursday will be delivered on the next Monday. Any order placed after 1PM on Fridays and during the weekend will be dispatched on the next Monday. if your order includes any out of stock items they will follow on at a later date via our standard courier. if all of your order is unavailable we will contact you for additional guidance. Also Some location in the UK may take longer than 24 hours to deliver. These locations include Scottish Highlands and Islands, part of Northern Ireland, isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, isle of Scilly.

We use Royal Mail, APC, TrakPak and DHL for our postal services, but please note that we can temporarily or permanently change it to another courier company at our discretion.

Returns
We genuinely believe that we are offering a high quality product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, we will be happy to exchange the item or refund your money. Simply return the item to us within 30 days, enclosing your invoice and a note explaining the problem and specifying whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
